For training providers · free · nothing to buy
See your own filethe way a student sees it.
We publish 130 Washington locations that will train a member of the public. If yours is one of them, we already hold a record for it — assembled from the federal training registry, the state eligible-provider list and your own website. This page is how you read that record, correct it, and add what is missing.
No account, and nothing to agree to. It is already public — this just puts it in one place.
Where Washington providers stand today
- 161
- programs are on the state's eligible-provider list
- so a WIOA grant can pay their tuition
- 49
- publish outcomes a student can read
- a median of 81% of graduates working afterward
- 112
- are listed but publish nothing
- shown as “no published outcomes yet”, never ranked down for it
Every fact carries its source
We do not paraphrase and we do not guess. Each published field is stored with the page it came from, the date we retrieved it, and a verbatim quote of the sentence that supports it. Where a fact has no source it does not go on the site. That rule is enforced in the database rather than by editorial habit, which is also why we can correct something quickly when you show us it is wrong.
What we show
Location, program class, tuition, whether you are ETPL-listed, and outcomes where the state publishes them.
Where it came from
FMCSA's Training Provider Registry, Washington's eligible-provider list, Career Bridge, and your own careers and tuition pages.
What we never show
Staff names, and provider email addresses. We surface a phone number and a website; we do not republish inboxes at scale.
How to fix it
Send the page that proves it. A correction with a source is usually live within a day; nothing goes live without one.
Why publishing outcomes is worth your time
Not because we will rank you higher — we will not, and cannot. Because the same numbers already decide whether public money can reach your students.
The gate that is live now
To stay on Washington's eligible-provider list a program has to clear a 30% completion and 50% employment floor. Falling off that list does not just cost you a listing — it removes the route by which a WIOA-funded student can choose you at all.
The gate that is coming, with a caveat
Workforce Pell sets a higher bar — 70% completion and 70% placement — and adds a calendar-week window. We want to be straight with you about where that stands: Washington has not published a Governor approval process, so no Washington CDL program is Workforce Pell approved today, and none can be until the state acts. We would rather tell you that than let you plan around money that is not reachable yet.
Programs that publish outcomes appear in the section of our site that reports them. That placement is earned by disclosing, not bought, and it is open to every provider on identical terms. A program that publishes nothing is listed and labeled plainly, because missing data is not evidence of a bad program.
What you cannot buy here, and why
You will be asked by other sites to pay for placement, for leads, or for a badge. We want to be clear that none of that is available here, and that this is a structural fact rather than a promise we are making.
No paid placement, ever.
Our ranking system runs under a database role with no access to the table of DriverTrack.ai customers. It is not that we choose not to look — the query cannot see it, and a test in our migrations fails the build if that separation is ever broken.
No fee per student.
Paying anyone by the enrollment is prohibited for programs touching federal aid (20 U.S.C. 1094(a)(20)). We do not take that money from anyone, including from schools with no federal aid, because a mixed rule is a rule nobody trusts.
No charge for your record.
Reading it, correcting it and publishing outcomes are free and always will be. If we ever sell anything to schools it will not be visibility.
Claim your record
Email us from an address at your school's domain and tell us which location you are. We will send back everything we publish about you, with sources, and a note of anything we could not verify. There is no account to create and nothing to sign.
